The popular character-catification series "MEGA CAT PROJECT" from Japanese model maker MEGAHOUSE has finally unveiled its first product based on "Mobile Suit Gundam": the "Mobile Suit Nyandam Earth Federation Army Nya!" mini figures. There are 8 types in total, each with a suggested retail price of 770 JPY, scheduled for release in late May 2023.
MEGA CAT PROJECT is a mini figure series that combines popular characters from Japanese anime and manga with cute cat designs. Each character stands approximately 3 cm tall and is designed in collaboration with illustrator TAMPOPO, who specializes in drawing chibi characters and cartoon-style cats.
The "MEGA CAT PROJECT Mobile Suit Nyandam Earth Federation Army Nya!" features cat-ified versions of five Earth Federation Army characters: Amuro, Kai Shiden, Sayla, Bright, and Matilda, as well as the three Mobile Suits from Operation V: RX-78-2 Gundam, RX-75 Guntank, and RX-77-2 Guncannon. While retaining the round and adorable cat appearance, different fur colors combined with Earth Federation Army uniforms and mobile suit features create unique styles reminiscent of the characters!

Additionally, the Premium Bandai exclusive set includes a Haro and a cat-shaped food bowl as bonuses. Their size is perfect for displaying alongside G.M.G series figures, creating a Gundam universe full of meows~
