GASHAPON, the capsule toy brand of Bandai Co., Ltd. Japan, which issues the Mobile Suit Gundam capsule toy series 'MOBILE SUIT ENSEMBLE' featuring "Heavy Equipment X Ensemble" with common connection points and infinite customization, recently announced the latest product from "Mobile Suit Gundam: Char's Counterattack," the "MOBILE SUIT ENSEMBLE EX Sazabi [MARKING PLUS]," scheduled for release in March 2023.
The "MSN-04 Sazabi," piloted by Commander Char Aznable in the series, is a large MS, approximately 26 meters in length, incorporating the technologies of successive Zeon-type mobile suits. Its color is as vibrant red as Char's previous custom mobile suits, with a Psycho-Frame partially integrated into its internal structure. The entire unit is equipped with fuel tanks and numerous thrusters, boasting excellent mobility and maneuverability. Its firepower output is also formidable; the abdominal拡散 MEGA Particle Cannon can destroy multiple targets with a single shot, and the 6 funnels mounted on its back allow for omnidirectional attacks. Furthermore, it can utilize high-output armaments such as a large beam rifle and a large beam tomahawk, fully showcasing Char's superb piloting skills.
The "MOBILE SUIT ENSEMBLE EX Sazabi [MARKING PLUS]" is based on the previously released Sazabi main unit, featuring armor expressed in two shades of red and enhanced with additional body marking decals throughout for richer detail. It includes armaments such as a beam shotgun, long-range beam rifle, shield, and beam tomahawk, allowing for dynamic battle poses with its various movable joints. The entire unit also features common standard pegs, enabling the attachment of armament parts from other products in the same series.
