Released by TAMASHII NATIONS, the collector's toy division of Japan's BANDAI SPIRITS Co., Ltd., the "NXEDGE STYLE" series of articulated finished products, known for its sharp sculpting and low-proportioned design, follows items from "Chou Mashin Eiyuuden" such as Sword King Ryujinmaru and Phoenix Ryujinmaru. Now, the audience's eagerly anticipated ultimate and strongest form, "Super Mashin Ryujinmaru," is currently available for pre-order on PREMIUM BANDAI Taiwan!
Appearing at the end of the series, Ryujinmaru's ultimate form, "Super Mashin Ryujinmaru," is the result of a super-power transformation using the white magatama bestowed by Seiryuki, when Wataru Senbe exhausted all the sacred power from his magatama. Its appearance integrates features from all super-power transformation forms, boasting massive shoulder armor, feet, and a tail silhouette, wielding the imposing "Sword King Sword" as its primary weapon. While its ALL IN ONE design is impressive, it didn't have many combat scenes in the show. Perhaps by getting to handle this model firsthand, we can make up for that past regret!
The "NXEDGE STYLE Super Mashin Ryujinmaru" boasts the most substantial size in the series, standing 15 cm tall. Its sharp and refined sculpting faithfully recreates the significantly extended massive head, shoulder armor, feet, and tail. The entire body is painted with rich colors, including golden armor and dragon patterns on the shoulders, giving it a truly luxurious appearance.
The articulation also inherits techniques cultivated from the ROBOT Damashii series, with newly designed movable joints in the neck, limbs, the base of both shoulder armors, and each segment of the tail. This allows for extremely dynamic battle poses with a more robust structure.
The main weapon, the "Sword King Sword," measures an impressive 19 cm in length, meticulously reproducing the golden sections and red jewels on the blade. Combined with the pull-out shoulder joints, it can recreate poses holding the sword with both hands or raising it overhead!
