The sculpting brand Queen Studios, known for its expertise in expressing character charm and recreating realistic details with large-scale statues, has announced its latest product from the 2008 superhero film "Iron Man": the "Iron Man Mark III" 1/2 scale full body statue! Both a regular edition and a battle-damaged edition will be released simultaneously, with an estimated shipping date in Q1 2024.
The "Iron Man Mark III" is the Iron Man suit that Tony Stark improved upon the silver "Mark II" and applied a striking red and gold paint finish. It is the official version of the Iron Man armor that appeared in the first MCU film "Iron Man," and is considered one of the most iconic and popular designs. This "Iron Man Mark III" statue, sculpted in a pose with its right hand raised, ready to launch an attack, stands approximately 110 cm tall. It fully recreates the exterior lines and various mechanisms of this early Mark III armor, and features light-up functions in the eyes, arc reactor on the chest, and repulsors in the palms, making it even more imposing when lit! Coupled with the beautiful metallic paint finish, it is truly incredibly cool.
Additionally, the battle-damaged version of the "Iron Man Mark III" released simultaneously by Queen Studios is fundamentally identical to the regular version in terms of overall pose, but the dirt and damage treatment sculpted onto the armor's surface is exceptionally severe. It's up to you to decide which version you prefer; both versions also include interchangeable hand parts for firing micro-missiles.
