Japanese model manufacturer Megahouse has announced the latest product from its palm-sized Q-version figure series 'LOOKUP': "Mejiro McQueen" from the popular series "Umamusume: Pretty Derby", scheduled for release in May 2023.
Mejiro McQueen, who played an active role in the second season of the "Umamusume" anime, showcasing a bond of both close friendship and rivalry with Tokai Teio, is a noble young lady from the prestigious "Mejiro family". She possesses an elegant demeanor and the confidence befitting a Mejiro family horse girl. Her stamina is astonishing, and she excels in long-distance races, earning her the title "Peerless Stayer". She is determined to conquer the "Tenno Sho", a race of special significance to the Mejiro family. However, McQueen has a tendency to gain weight easily and often finds it hard to resist the temptation of sweets, putting considerable effort into her weight management.
The "LOOKUP Mejiro McQueen" figure brings McQueen, dressed in her Tracen Academy uniform, to life in the series' signature Q-version sitting pose. True to the series name "LOOK UP", she features an adorable, soft-looking face with her gaze directed upwards. Her neck is equipped with a movable joint, allowing for slight left-right and up-down adjustments. You can hold McQueen, who resembles a small animal, in the palm of your hand, letting her expectant, elegant expression meet your eyes. Even amidst a busy workday, catching McQueen's gaze might just bring an immense sense of healing!
Concurrently, the LOOKUP series is also releasing another horse girl from the anime who shares a rival and close friend relationship with McQueen: Tokai Teio. Displaying her alongside McQueen promises double the healing effect!
