Japanese renowned toy company Megahouse (株式会社メガハウス) has launched the second new product in its poseable robot toy series "Machine Build Series" (マシンビルドシリーズ), which is also the Motorcycle Robo BIKE ROBO from the classic robot anime "Machine Robo: Revenge of Chronos" (マシンロボ クロノスの大逆襲).
Many friends might find the work "Machine Robo: Revenge of Chronos" somewhat confusing and unfamiliar. It was produced by the Japanese animation studio "Ashi Production" (now known as PRODUCTION REED) and first aired on TV Tokyo in July 1986. In Taiwan, when it was broadcast by CTS, it was known as "機器勇士" (Machine Robo), and also referred to as "天威勇士" (Ten-i Yūshi) or "劍狼傳說" (Legend of Kenrō).

Following this work, a sequel inheriting the same worldview, "Machine Robo: Battle Hackers" (マシンロボ ぶっちぎりバトルハッカーズ), was broadcast. In Hong Kong, it was aired under the name "New Ten-i Yūshi," while CTS broadcast this sequel under the name "Ten-i Yūshi." Therefore, some people might be confused about whether it should be "Machine Robo" or "Ten-i Yūshi"; it is recommended to distinguish them by their Japanese titles for clarity.
The protagonist of "Machine Robo: Revenge of Chronos" is named Rom Stol (ロム・ストール). He is the son of the Chronos tribe leader on the machine life planet "Chronos" (クロノス) and the successor of "Tenkū Chūshinken" (Sky Central Fist). To protect the "High Libido" (永恆生命) coveted by enemies, he fights alongside his sister Leina and a group of companions. Rom can summon a blue giant named "Kenryū" (ケンリュウ) via Kenrō and combine with it for combat. In more critical situations, he can summon the red giant "Baikanfu" (バイカンフー) to perform the transformation combination "Pile Formation."
MegaHouse's new "Machine Build Series" poseable toys are constructed with an outer armor over a skeletal frame, allowing for both articulation and poseability without compromising transformation. The second unit in the series, "BIKE ROBO," stands approximately 13.5 cm tall and can recreate both its robot and motorcycle forms. For accessories, it includes three sets of hand parts.
