Japan's GOOD SMILE COMPANY, known for its popular "Nendoroid" series with over a thousand different products, will release "Nendoroid Cat" based on the popular mobile game "The Battle Cats"! The suggested retail price is 5,500 JPY, and it is scheduled for release in August 2023.
"The Battle Cats," a mobile game released by Japan's PONOS Corporation (referred to as "P-sha" by players), features various humorous and mischievous cats as protagonists in an easy-to-play side-scrolling tower defense game. It has previously launched numerous collaboration events with anime and video games, such as "Street Fighter V," "Neon Genesis Evangelion," "Shakurel Planet," and more, and has also released a Nintendo Switch version, enjoying considerable popularity.
The "Nendoroid Cat" stands approximately 7 cm tall, faithfully recreating its simple and clean in-game design. Magnets are incorporated within its round body, allowing for the free attachment of its short arms and legs to recreate various in-game actions! It also comes with two interchangeable face plates: the most common "Normal Face" and the "Biting Face" for attacks. Simply turn its body to transform it into its elongated attack state~ And of course, the important cat food can't be missing! Let's celebrate The Battle Cats' 10th anniversary together~ (This product has difficulty standing on its own and requires the use of the included clear stand.)
