Bandai Namco's GASHAPON capsule toy brand in Japan has announced the latest installment in its 'MOBILE SUIT ENSEMBLE' series, a 'Mobile Suit Gundam' heavy equipment X ensemble capsule toy line characterized by shared connection points and infinite customization. The new product, "Mobile Suit Gundam MOBILE SUIT ENSEMBLE 24," is scheduled for release in March 2023.
This 24th installment features a lineup including the early protagonist mobile suit from "Mobile Suit Gundam SEED DESTINY," the Impulse Gundam and its Force Silhouette pack; the Gundam Prototype Unit 1 Full Vernian (GP01Fb) piloted by Kou Uraki from "Mobile Suit Gundam 0083"; and mobile suits appearing in "Mobile Suit Gundam MSV," such as the High Mobility Zaku II and Shin Matsunaga's Custom Zaku II.
Among these, the Impulse Gundam features the Silhouette System's transformation mechanism, allowing it to equip the Force Silhouette pack to recreate the Force Impulse Gundam. Finally, the "MS Weapon Set" includes a clear molded Zaku Heat Hawk, a Zaku Bazooka, the Impulse Gundam's Core Splendor, and an "Excalibur" Laser Anti-Ship Sword. These can be combined with various mobile suits for customization.
