Following the EX29 Gundam Virtue, the 'MOBILE SUIT ENSEMBLE' series, a "Mobile Suit Gundam" heavy equipment X ensemble gashapon toy line characterized by common connection points and infinite customization, released by Bandai Toy Company's Gashapon Division 'GASHAPON' in Japan, today announced the commercialization of "Gundam Virtue (TRANS-AM Color)," with an official reveal expected in early 2023.
The GN-005 Gundam Virtue is a third-generation Gundam mobile suit developed by the private armed organization Celestial Being, piloted by the Innovator Gundam Meister "Tieria Erde." This mobile suit boasts robust, heavy armor and is equipped with several large GN Condensers and various GN Beam Weapons, enabling it to sweep enemy mobile suits from the rear of the battlefield with high-firepower, wide-area GN Bazookas and GN Cannons. It can also deploy a "GN Field" to defend against beam, solid, and close-range attacks. Beneath Virtue's heavy armor lies its true form, the "GN-004 Nadleeh Gundam." The Nadleeh Gundam, free from its heavy armor, possesses more agile mobility, allowing it to engage in close-quarters combat, which it was originally not proficient in. Its true value, however, lies in its ability to activate the "Trial System" against internal organizational rebels, forcibly gaining control of Gundams connected to Veda.
Currently, only a sample image of the main body for the "MOBILE SUIT ENSEMBLE Gundam Virtue (TRANS-AM Color)" has been revealed. It is based on the previously released regular version, with the overall paint scheme changed to the red-glowing color emitted after activating TRANS-AM. Other accessories have not yet been announced, and it is uncertain whether additional Nadleeh Gundam replacement parts in the same TRANS-AM color will be included to recreate its armor-shedding form.
