Malaysian statue manufacturer Ryu Studio announced yesterday (15th) their latest product from "BLEACH", the "Genryusai Shigekuni Yamamoto" 1/6 scale full body statue! It is expected to ship in Q2 2023.
Genryusai Shigekuni Yamamoto, founder and first Captain-Commander of the Gotei 13, is hailed as the "Strongest Shinigami in Soul Society" and is even considered synonymous with the history of the Soul Society. He wields the strongest and oldest fire-type Zanpakuto, "Ryujin Jakka," which, with a single strike, can engulf the entire battlefield – both cool and powerful. This 1/6 scale rendition of "Genryusai Shigekuni Yamamoto" stands approximately 38 cm tall, masterfully conveying the old man's years of rigorous training through exquisite sculpting. His right hand is raised, holding his Zanpakuto, and his body is surrounded by fiercely burning flames. His muscular upper body is covered with scars accumulated from years of battle. Details such as his beard tied with a purple sash, the scar on his forehead, and his serious expression are all meticulously recreated.
In addition to the incredibly powerful main body of Genryusai Shigekuni Yamamoto, the magnificent, surging flames are also a major highlight of this piece, fully showcasing the ultimate power of Ryujin Jakka!!
