Megahouse, a Japanese toy company, after releasing "Kyojuro Rengoku" in their "G.E.M." series for "Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba," is now bringing the "Big Brother" (Rengoku) back in their even higher-quality "Precious G.E.M." series! The "Kyojuro Rengoku Flame Breathing, Fifth Form 'Flame Tiger'" pre-painted figure is scheduled for release in August 2023.
This piece stands approximately 24 cm tall, magnificently bringing to life one of "Big Brother's" signature techniques from the fierce battle between Kyojuro Rengoku and Akaza, "Flame Breathing, Fifth Form 'Flame Tiger'," with splendid and dynamic effect parts! Rengoku's main body captures a lunging, slashing pose, vividly sculpting the flowing movement of his haori and long hair. The bloodstains on his face, appearing immediately after his brief clash with Akaza, are also perfectly recreated. His expression of giving his all, his sharp right eye, and the blood trickling from the corner of his mouth fully convey Rengoku's boundless fighting spirit and valor!
Next, let's look at the crucial flame effects. In addition to using translucent orange parts to create the visual effect of raging flames, the intense dynamism displayed by the swinging Nichirin Blade and the tiger-shaped flames on Rengoku's right side are also brilliantly sculpted. Multiple supports are used to help secure them, making the overall presentation incredibly cool! Just looking at the pictures makes one want to shout, "Big Brother didn't lose!"
