Following Kamado Tanjiro and Rengoku Kyojuro, BANDAI SPIRITS HOBBY Division in Japan has once again announced the third character in their 'Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba' themed plastic model series, 'Kimetsu Model': 'Kamado Nezuko', slated for release in May 2023.
The 'Kimetsu Model' series is a model product that even 'Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba' fans new to plastic models can easily assemble. With fewer than 50 parts in total, it features a precise color separation design akin to a puzzle, allowing for easy assembly without adhesive. Furthermore, some parts, including hair, facial expressions, and clothing, are already pre-painted. With just a few supplementary stickers, the appearance of the characters from 'Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba' can be largely reproduced.
The only tool required to build the 'Kimetsu Model Kamado Nezuko' is a pair of nippers to cut the parts. The eyebrows and eyes on the facial expression parts are completed with transfer printing. The hair parts perfectly recreate the dynamic, wavy styling, with the orange tips pre-painted. The hemp leaf pattern lines on her kimono are also rendered through deeper grooves in the parts themselves. By assembling them in sequence, you can complete a colorful and charming Nezuko in a graceful pose!
