Bandai's GASHAPON capsule toy division has released the highly popular "Animals in Waiting" series, with the brand new ninth installment, "Animals in Waiting 9" (Machibouke 9), now available! There are five types in total, with a reference price of 300 Japanese Yen per capsule, scheduled to be released in late January 2023.
The adorable animal capsule toy "Animals in Waiting 9" continues the previous series, anthropomorphizing animals into poses where they tuck their feet in and rest their hands on their knees, as if patiently waiting, a look that is both cute and a little melancholic~ The lineup for the ninth installment includes five animals: Black Pomeranian, White Rabbit, Lop-eared Rabbit, and marine creatures Spotted Eagle Ray, and Hammerhead Shark. With a maximum size of approximately 5 cm, in addition to depicting the waiting posture, the animals' expressions also have a subtle blank look~ Especially the stingray's nostrils, often mistaken for eyes, which are full of humor!
