Taiwanese toy design company "Asmus Toys" has launched its second product from the popular anime "Jujutsu Kaisen": the "Yuji Itadori" 1/6 scale collectible action figure. Pre-orders are currently open on their official website, with an estimated release in Q2 2023.
Japanese manga artist Gege Akutami's manga series "Jujutsu Kaisen" (呪術廻戦) tells the story of Yuji Itadori, a high school student with extraordinary athletic abilities. To fulfill his grandfather's dying wish for him to help others, he accidentally swallows a finger of the "King of Curses," a being with four arms and two faces, during a crisis involving a cursed object attack, causing the cursed spirit "Ryomen Sukuna" to merge with him.
The Asmus Toys "Yuji Itadori" 1/6 scale collectible action figure faithfully recreates Yuji's facial features after merging with Sukuna, with his signature spiky hair meticulously rendered. He wears a fabric Jujutsu High uniform, featuring a wide red hoodie, cropped pants, and buttons engraved with the Tokyo Jujutsu High emblem. It comes with four interchangeable head sculpts: a smiling normal face, a serious face, an angry battle face, and a Sukuna face with transferred body control and furious, spiky hair. Paired with a rich assortment of interchangeable hand parts, including a hand with Sukuna's tongue protruding, collectors can enjoy recreating various scenes!
Additionally, it includes a Divergent Fist effect part to recreate battle scenes, as well as Sukuna's finger, a stand, and a special Jujutsu Kaisen series display base.
