The non-articulated character figure series "Figuarts ZERO," released by TAMASHII NATIONS, the collector's toy division of Japan's BANDAI SPIRITS Co., recently announced the latest product from "Ultraman Z," the "Figuarts ZERO [Super Fierce Battle] Ultraman Z Original Form," scheduled for release in May 2023.
The passionate young Ultraman Zett is a rookie in the Land of Light's Space Garrison. He claims to be a disciple of Ultraman Zero, but his skills are still immature and not yet recognized. After arriving on Earth, he merged with Haruki Natsukawa, a member of the 'STORAGE' team. He can use the Z Riser to load Ultraman Medals and transform into various forms, each with unique abilities. However, he rarely uses his original form for direct combat. In the climactic final episode of the series, Zett reappeared in his original form to confront the Destroyer King, unleashing the Zestium Beam, which proved his growth in power, and secured victory.
The "Figuarts ZERO [Super Fierce Battle] Ultraman Z Original Form" has been thoroughly supervised by Tsuburaya Productions' LSS modeling department to perfectly recreate this classic scene from the final episode. It boasts an impressive height of 29 cm, with intricate sculpting that captures Zett's cool battle pose. Rich colors are applied to reproduce the costume's silver, red, blue, and black color blocks, as well as the flashing red Color Timer on his chest. A powerful, large-scale effect part recreates the Z-shaped Zestium Beam. The base features city ruins and abundant smoke effects, giving the piece even more presence and a sense of realism!
