Japan's GOOD SMILE COMPANY's affordable painted figure series "POP UP PARADE" will release a PVC figure of the popular VTuber "POP UP PARADE Gawr Gura" from hololive EN! The suggested retail price is 5,500 JPY, and it is scheduled for release in June 2023!
Gawr Gura, a first-generation member of the VTuber group hololive English (hololive EN), debuted in September 2020. Her distinctive name may originate from strange sounds from the deep sea. Her character design was created by Amashiro Natsuki, and her character setting is a descendant of Atlantis with the ability to converse with marine life. She wears a shark-themed hood and outfit, and her mascot companion, a small shark named Bloop, might become Gura's emergency food in a pinch.
The "POP UP PARADE Gawr Gura" PVC figure, approximately 150 mm tall, faithfully recreates the Shark Queen's super cute shark outfit. Her distinctive white and blue streaked hair and shark-like jagged teeth are also accurately reproduced, and behind her is a tail fin that makes mysterious flapping sounds! Her pose, raising her hand to reveal her adorable little hands and lifting one leg, is also very playful, exuding a lively and youthful aura~
