Hong Kong toy brand Hot Toys today (13th) announced its latest products from Avatar: The Way of Water, "Jake Sully" and "Neytiri"! Both characters will be released simultaneously in Regular and DX versions. This article will provide product information for the "Jake Sully" 1/6th scale collectible figure.
To recreate the Na'vi's towering physique, Hot Toys has adopted a 45 cm tall figure body with 16 points of articulation. In addition to meticulously sculpting the unique texture of the sea-blue skin, the white spots on the body are adorned with special paintwork that creates a unique visual effect under UV light. The head sculpt fully captures the Na'vi's contours, pointed ears, amber eyes, and intricate braids. The costume is equally exquisite, including a tactical vest, forearm guards, shoulder strap with knife sheath, rattan armbands positioned on the upper arms, necklace, headphones, etc., all featuring excellent imitation leather and rattan textures. Weapon accessories include a battle axe, dagger, grenades, and a rifle.
The DX version will include an additional diorama base designed with Pandora's ocean world as its theme, featuring LED light-up functions. When illuminated, it creates an immersive sense of the glowing plants in the underwater world, further showcasing the world of Avatar.
