Following the 'THE GATTAI' series of completed transforming/combining toys, launched by MECHA SMILE, the mechanical-themed brand under Japanese model manufacturer GOOD SMILE COMPANY, and after Thunder Da-Garn (Da-Garn X) and Ga-Oh, today they once again announced the latest product from the anime "The Brave Fighter of Legend", the "THE GATTAI The Brave Fighter of Legend Display Base Set", scheduled for release in July 2023.
This product includes a display base designed for use with the separately sold Thunder Da-Garn and Ga-Oh. Its surface is engraved with the pattern of the "Orin" orb, which represents the will of the Earth. It features multiple extendable and bendable support arms, which can be used to display the various forms of the robots before and after combination, and to store all weapon parts. Even the "Legendary Thunder Da-Garn" nameplate at the front can be pulled out to reveal a small drawer for storing various interchangeable hand parts.
However, the most valuable part of this entire set is the lion-headed, gold-plated "Legendary Thunder Da-Garn Recreation Parts". These recreate the damaged mask face sculpt. When combined with the separately sold Thunder Da-Garn and Ga-Oh, you can recreate the strongest form, "Legendary Thunder Da-Garn", which appeared in the anime's final episode after losing some of its armaments in a fierce battle, gathering all the Brave Stones, and activating the legendary power!
