Bandai Spirits' Gashapon brand GASHAPON today announced the latest product from the popular gashapon series "EXCEED MODEL SD", the "SD Z'Gok (EX Ver.)", which is scheduled for release in late July 2023.
The "EXCEED MODEL" series features a design concept where "the capsule itself is part of the model, offering a higher standard than typical gashapon products." This new spin-off series, "EXCEED MODEL SD," not only transforms the Mobile Suits from "Mobile Suit Gundam" into SD super-deformed proportions but also boasts an incredibly cute, chubby body and short limbs that prevent it from standing up on its own if it falls, making for a very endearing design!
The "SD Z'Gok (EX Ver.)" announced this time is an enhanced re-release based on the previously launched standard version. All three types—Char's Custom Z'Gok, Mass Production Type Z'Gok, and UC Ver. Z'Gok—have been updated with more realistic, military-style color schemes. Additionally, body markings such as numbers and warning lines have been added to various parts of the fuselage, making the details appear even richer!
