The new 'Macross' series of finished models, 'TINY SESSION', released by TAMASHII NATIONS, the collector's toy division of Japan's BANDAI SPIRITS Co., Ltd., following Freyja and Kaname, recently announced the release of the other three divas from the tactical music unit Walküre in 'Macross Delta': "VF-31S Siegfried with Mikumo," "VF-31C Siegfried with Makina," and "VF-31E Siegfried with Reina," scheduled for successive release from April to June 2023.
'TINY SESSION' redesigns the cool variable fighters from the 'Macross' series into an adorable SD (Super Deformed) proportion. Although the overall size is within 10 cm, it features a precise and sophisticated transformation mechanism, allowing for the reproduction of the three iconic forms – FIGHTER, GERWALK, and BATTROID – by replacing some parts. Each joint also offers a certain range of articulation, enabling dynamic posing with the included weapons. Furthermore, it comes with 3 cm tall mini Q-version figures of popular female characters from each work, which can be displayed on the fighter to recreate in-show singing scenes.
