Japan's official Mobile Suit Gundam Gunpla flagship store GUNDAM BASE has announced its latest event-exclusive product: the "SDW HEROES Clear Color Set III" from the Knight World spin-off "SD Gundam World Heroes The Legend of Dragon Knight," scheduled for release starting February 11.
"SD Gundam World Heroes The Legend of Dragon Knight" is a spin-off that continues the story of "SD Gundam World Heroes," set in the Knight World. In the previous installment, the heroes averted the destructive crisis brought about by the Dark Mask incident, restoring peace to the world. However, several years later, rumors spread throughout the Knight World that a mysterious organization, "Tribe Z," was plotting to overthrow King Arthur's regime. King Arthur Gundam Mk-III then commanded his young nephew, Knight Strike Gundam, to embark on a journey to investigate the truth behind these rumors.
This "SDW HEROES Clear Color Set III" includes the two rivals from the series, Knight Strike Gundam and Warlock Aegis Gundam. Based on their previously released standard versions, the parts have been changed to a clear color scheme, giving the entire model a brilliant, gem-like transparency. If illuminated with a black light in the dark, or modified with internal lighting, it can achieve a distinct style different from regular Gunpla.
