The alloy movable figure "TIEPO" series, released by Chinese toy brand CCSTOYS, today announced the commercialization of its latest product, "Cybuster (Spirit Possessed Ver.)," from "Super Robot Wars OG." The release date is yet to be determined.
The original mecha Cybuster, highly popular in the "Super Robot Wars" video game series, is a Wind Elemental Lord Machine developed by the Holy Langran Kingdom in the underground world. It forms a contract with the Wind Spirit Cefyl and is piloted by Masaki Andoh (CV: Hikaru Midorikawa). Powered by an alchemical perpetual motion engine and propelled by an aether medium, this unit boasts extremely high performance and versatility. The pilot's aura, magic, and other aptitudes can significantly influence the unit's abilities. Cybuster's main weapon is the physical sword "Discutter," which, in conjunction with the Wind Spirit, can unleash powerful techniques such as Spirit Flash, Akashic Breaker, and Calamity Sword. It also possesses the ability to transform into its flight cruising form, "Cybird."
This time, the "TIEPO" series is releasing the Spirit Possessed version, which fuses with the Wind Spirit. Its blue-toned armor, along with its larger shoulder armor and wing designs, are major highlights. The currently released silhouette also reveals five glowing areas, suggesting that the actual product will feature built-in LED light-up mechanisms. The developing prototype of "TIEPO Cybuster (Spirit Possessed Ver.)" will be unveiled at Japan's largest model exhibition, "Wonder Festival 2023 Winter," held on February 12, 2023!
