LEGO is adding another new product to its lineup celebrating Disney's grand 100th anniversary in 2023! This time, it's the turn of their "Minifigure Blind Bags (LEGO Minifigures)" product series. The 71038 "Disney 100" is scheduled for release on May 1, 2023.
Breaking from the recent trend of Minifigure blind bags featuring 12 figures per set, this "71038 Disney 100" set, like the previously released Disney Minifigure Series 1 and 2, includes 18 different styles to collect. Aside from Mickey, who reappears in his Sorcerer's Apprentice outfit and orange overalls, and Stitch, all other characters are brand new. Both their LEGO interpretations and included accessories are quite impressive, especially Pinocchio's goldfish complete with a fishbowl, and Mulan's cricket printed piece, which are incredibly cute! Let's take a look at the full character lineup this time.
1. Sorcerer’s Apprentice Mickey
2. Pinocchio
3. Jiminy Cricket
4. The Queen
5. Stitch 626
6. Pocahontas
7. Cruella de Vil & Dalmatian puppy
8. Miguel & Dante
9. Ernesto de la Cruz
10. Oswald the Lucky Rabbit
11. Robin Hood
12. Prince John
13. Tiana
14. Dr. Facilier
15. Queen of Hearts
16. Mulan
17. Princess Aurora
18. Baymax
After seeing all the characters, I personally think it would be great if Baymax could be released as a giant Big-fig minifigure~ The regular-sized LEGO minifigure looks a bit too slender!
