Following the release of "75363 The Mandalorian N-1 Starfighter" and "75346 Pirate Snub Fighter" based on content from The Mandalorian Season 3, LEGO has unveiled a new product inspired by the latest episode – The Mines of Mandalore – "75361 Spider Tank"! Scheduled for release on August 1, 2023.
The following content will contain spoilers for The Mandalorian Chapter 18: The Mines of Mandalore. Proceed with caution!
This set contains 526 pieces and is a small vehicle + minifigure combination. It allows you to collect the protagonist The Mandalorian "Din Djarin," "Grogu," and "Bo-Katan" (who came to rescue The Mandalorian) minifigures. Accessories include a blaster pistol and the "Darksaber" made from new elements; the vehicle is the Spider Tank that suddenly emerged from the sand to attack The Mandalorian! Measuring 20 cm in length, its appearance, while not as intensely aggressive as in the show, presents a captivating mechanical structure. The combination of Technic elements and bricks for the legs, the claw arms at the front capable of gripping prey, the rounded and visually substantial body, and the top-mounted firing mechanism, black tubing, etc., make for an overall very cool design!
▼ An opening mechanism is also set beneath the firing device, revealing a cockpit capable of accommodating a LEGO minifigure.
