The new 'MS MECHANICAL BUST' Mobile Suit Gundam-themed gashapon toy series, released by Japan's Bandai Toy Company's gashapon brand 'GASHAPON', following the previously announced RX-93 ν Gundam, GN-001 Gundam Exia, and XVX-016 Aerial Gundam, today unveiled the prototype under development for its fourth new product, the "Strike Freedom Gundam". The release date is yet to be determined.
The ZGMF-X20A Strike Freedom Gundam, released this time, is the mobile suit piloted by protagonist Kira Yamato in 'Mobile Suit Gundam SEED Destiny', equipped with the extremely high-output "Hyper Deuterion Engine". In addition to a large array of high-firepower beam weapons such as the High-Energy Beam Rifle, Xiphias 3 Rail Cannons, and Palma Fiocina Palm Beam Cannons, its most distinctive armament is the "Super DRAGOON" Mobile Weapon Wing, which features a propulsion system developed from the "Voiture Lumiere" and mounts 8 deployable "Beam Assault Cannons" for all-range attacks.
The "MS MECHANICAL BUST Strike Freedom Gundam", presented as a bust, has an overall height of approximately 10 cm. It features cool and precisely detailed sculpting for the head and upper body, showcasing sharp head antennas, multi-layered armor, and the "Palma Fiocina" multi-phase beam cannon on the abdomen. If expectations hold, this product will continue the previous sales method, offering three types: standard color armor, clear color armor, and a frame with luminous parts.
