GASHAPON, the capsule toy brand from Japan's Bandai Co., Ltd., which issues the "MOBILE SUIT ENSEMBLE" series of "Mobile Suit Gundam" heavy equipment X ensemble capsule toys, characterized by common connection points and infinite customization, announced today that the latest product from "Mobile Suit Gundam 00", the "GN ARMS TYPE-E", will be available for pre-order starting March 27, 2023.
The GN ARMS is a large support mechanism developed by the private armed organization Celestial Being specifically for Gundams. In the series, two specifications appeared: TYPE-E, used by Gundam Exia, and TYPE-D, used by Gundam Dynames. Normally, it can be mounted on the exterior of Celestial Being's transport ship "Ptolemaios" as armament or used independently as a space fighter. However, its maximum combat power is unleashed only when combined with a Gundam unit. Not only does it significantly enhance the Gundam's maneuverability in space with its large thrusters, but it also features powerful armaments such as the GN Field and GN Large Cannons. Depending on the supported Gundam unit, the TYPE-E is equipped with a large GN Sword, while the TYPE-D features a twin-barreled large GN Rifle and GN Missile Pods.
The "GN ARMS TYPE-E" can be equipped with the separately sold "MOBILE SUIT ENSEMBLE Gundam Exia". It boasts a substantial size and high-density detailing, faithfully recreating the two GN Large Cannons on its back, a pair of large GN Swords on its arms, and the claws at the front of its feet. Detailed product information will be announced when pre-orders open.
