BANPRESTO, a prize figure brand under Japan's BANDAI SPIRITS Company, will release a new figure from the 'VIBRATION STARS' product series, known for capturing characters in dynamic action poses as they unleash their special moves. The new 'Gon' (ゴン) figure from HUNTER×HUNTER is scheduled for release in July 2023.
Gon's Nen ability, 'Jajanken,' which utilizes 'Rock, Paper, Scissors' in combat, consists of three forms: the Enhancement-type 'Rock' for close-range direct punches, the Transmutation-type 'Scissors' for mid-range blade-like slashes, and the Emission-type 'Paper' for long-range aura blasts. The common element among these techniques is Gon's preparatory stance. Although it has the weakness of requiring charging time, Gon later used various techniques to turn this disadvantage around, employing feints and unexpected moves to defeat his opponents!
This 'VIBRATION STARS Gon' figure is designed around the charging pose for Jajanken. In addition to recreating the element of 'concentrating aura into his fist' with orange translucent parts, Gon's gritted teeth expression perfectly conveys his battle-ready intensity. His attire features a white sleeveless top and green shorts, sculpted with realistic wrinkle textures. The highly recognizable green long boots also boast excellent detail. This is an absolute must-have for any Hunter fan's collection! Furthermore, VIBRATION STARS is also planning to release Killua in the future – how awesome!
