Following "Ant-Man" and "The Wasp," Hong Kong toy manufacturer Hot Toys today (21st) announced the 1/6th scale collectible figure of MARVEL's "Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania" main villain and time-traveler, "Kang the Conqueror"! Expected to ship in Q2-Q3 2024.
This figure stands at 31 cm tall with 30 points of articulation, meticulously recreating Kang the Conqueror's striking green and purple battle suit as seen in the film. From the glossy fabric and hexagon patterns printed with drip-glue technology, to the metallic purple armor and the wired, poseable cape, every detail is faithfully reproduced. The blue-skinned head sculpt, wearing a helmet, features an LED light-up function, illuminating the helmet's edges, eyes, and face with white light when activated. This Kang the Conqueror figure also includes an unmasked head sculpt sculpted to the likeness of actor Jonathan Majors, which not only captures his furrowed brow and prominent scars but also utilizes rolling eyeball technology for an even more expressive Kang!
Accessories include circular blue effect parts that can be attached to the figure's feet, blue energy effect parts that can be attached to the forearms, and multiple interchangeable hands, allowing collectors to recreate Kang's abilities as seen in the film!
