Bandai Namco Toys & Hobby's GASHAPON division in Japan is launching a brand new "Surprise Egg (Bikkura Tamago, provisional translation)" series, which combines gashapon capsules with bath bombs. The first installment will feature "Crayon Shin-chan Surprise Egg" gashapon! There are 5 types in total, with a reference price of 400 JPY per turn, scheduled for release in late March 2023.
From the TV anime "Crayon Shin-chan," the "Crayon Shin-chan Surprise Egg" bath bombs will be sold in gashapon form. Each stands approximately 3 cm tall and includes five types: Shin-chan, Mr. Crocodile Mountain, Crocodile Mountain Shin-chan, Crocodile Mountain Himawari, and Crocodile Mountain Shiro. The overall design is a vibrant cookie-package green bath bomb. Once all the bath salts dissolve, the bathtub will not only turn green but also emit a muscat grape scent! The small toy hidden inside the Surprise Egg will sink to the bottom of the tub, adding to the fun of bath time!
