American toy manufacturer Hasbro's popular action figure brand "Marvel Legends" recently announced a commemorative product celebrating the 60th anniversary of the "Avengers" debut in MARVEL comics: "Iron Man (Model 01)"! It is scheduled for release on August 1, 2023.
This "Iron Man Model 01" is crafted based on his first appearance in the comic "Tales of Suspense," recreating the iconic iron-gray main color. The arc reactor on his chest features a white-to-blue gradient paint application, effectively conveying a glowing visual effect. The overall design exudes a strong retro sensibility, fully embodying the artistic style of the 1960s, and the small antenna positioned on his left shoulder is an utterly charming detail! Beyond the meticulously sculpted mechanical panel lines, the armor also features numerous battle-damaged scratches, imbuing this Iron Man figure with a richer narrative atmosphere. Accessories include a pair of interchangeable hands and a pair of jet effect parts designed to attach to his feet. I'm particularly fond of this slightly endearing, classic Iron Man figure; it possesses an undeniable charm.
