Hong Kong's renowned toy brand Hot Toys today (17th) announced its latest product from The Dark Knight Rises, the "Batman Armory with Bruce Wayne" 1/6th scale collectible set!
In the story of The Dark Knight Rises, due to the Dent Act almost eradicating crime in Gotham City, "Bruce" retired from his hero identity for 8 years. However, with the emergence of the new terrorist "Bane," Bruce decided to make a comeback. This set is crafted based on this premise. First, we see the Batman Armory, standing approximately 43 cm tall and measuring 24.5 cm in length (38 cm when expanded). In addition to being presented in transparent material, it features a water droplet visual effect on its surface, faithfully recreating the armory's design as it emerges from underwater in the film. It also includes openable sliding doors, pull-out storage compartments, wiring on the back, and a top LED light-up function, making the overall presentation quite captivating!
▼ Weapon accessories include a Batman cowl, a Batsuit with a body inside, four Batarangs, two grapple guns, three spikes, a syringe, a drill, a drill bit, a wired grapple hook, five sets of different ammunition, and six tool kits.
This set also includes a newly designed Batman head sculpt (not yet revealed), which features re-sculpted lines and incorporates rolling eyeballs technology, allowing it to be assembled with the Batsuit to form a complete Batman figure! The set also adds a casual-attire, cross-armed Bruce Wayne non-articulated figure. The muscle definition is exquisitely detailed and realistic, not only meticulously recreating the knee brace on his left knee but also allowing this Bruce head sculpt to be installed onto the Batman body using the Batsuit's neck collar, enabling various display options.
