Following the release of "Yuji Itadori" from the "Concept Masterline" product series under the Japanese high-end figure manufacturer Prime 1 Studio, based on "Jujutsu Kaisen," the latest masterpiece was announced yesterday (19th): the strongest, "Satoru Gojo" (五条 悟), makes his debut as a 1/6 scale diorama statue! Both a regular version and a DX bonus version will be released simultaneously, with an estimated shipping date between July and October 2024.
This three-dimensional rendition of "Satoru Gojo" is designed with the "Infinity" formed between Gojo himself and his enemies as its theme. It faithfully recreates his signature blindfold, black suit, and the two-finger overlapping gesture on his right hand that sparked a wave of imitation. His composed smile and seemingly soft white hair are also excellently reproduced. Surrounding the main body is a space of infinite power, sculpted from translucent purple effect parts. With a little supplementary lighting, it can display a stunning visual effect, making for a very stylish display.
The base, crafted to evoke a realistic wood texture, is covered with talismans, and the Jujutsu High symbol in the center further enhances the thematic feel of this Satoru Gojo statue. The DX bonus version includes an additional right eye that pulls up the blindfold to reveal his stunning blue pupil, along with a replacement hand part to match the raised blindfold. If purchased from the Prime 1 Studio official store, an additional head sculpt and a replacement left hand can be obtained, allowing for a versatile portrayal of Satoru Gojo.
