Japanese company ACRO, known for collaborating with renowned industry sculptors to create numerous exquisite monster figures, has announced a new "KRS Ultraman Belial" soft vinyl figure from its captivating "KAIJU REMIX SERIES (KRS)" line, based on the Ultraman series. It has a suggested retail price of 23,800 JPY and is slated for release in September 2023.
Ultraman Belial, the most evil Ultraman character from the Land of Light, was originally one of the warriors protecting his home. In pursuit of greater power, he approached the core of the "Plasma Spark Tower" but was instead consumed by its immense energy and exiled for violating the M78 Space Garrison Law. While wandering the cosmos, he acquired the "Reionics" factor, which allows control over monsters, causing drastic changes to his body and personality, transforming him into the strongest evil warrior.
The "KRS Ultraman Belial" soft vinyl figure is sculpted by Genzo Ihara, representative sculptor of ZO MODELS, who reinterprets Belial, now fallen to evil, in a monstrous, combined form! Standing approximately 30 cm tall, it utilizes ACRO's unique "U-VINYL technology" to create baked metal molds, meticulously reproducing the rage-filled dorsal fins and intricate vascular muscle textures. The entire body boasts a monstrous, rough texture and a sense of impending explosion. The hunched posture and sharp claws on both hands create an even more evil and mad atmosphere!
