Japanese company X-PLUS (株式会社エクスプラス) is set to release the latest product in its large-scale, powerful "Gigantic Series," featuring "Gohan Beast" from the popular theatrical film "Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero." With a suggested retail price of 17,600 JPY, pre-orders are currently open on Premium BANDAI Japan, with an anticipated release in July 2023.
In the theatrical film "Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero," after witnessing Piccolo being attacked by Cell Max and suffering near-fatal injuries, Gohan, who is usually cared for by Piccolo, unleashed a powerful new form awakened by the beast within him – Gohan Beast (孫悟飯ビースト). Unlike previous Super Saiyan transformations, Gohan Beast's hair color is silver, and its volume is greatly increased! A purple aura radiates around his body, achieving an unfathomable new power.
The "Gigantic Series Gohan Beast" is presented in an impressive size with a total height of approximately 58 cm. It faithfully recreates Gohan Beast's spiky, silver-white hair and glowing red eyes, while also perfectly reproducing the torn clothing and muscular physique seen in the film. Gohan's expression appears somewhat strained, perhaps from supporting his massive, broom-like hairstyle; his tightly clenched fists also convey his intense effort, truly showcasing his struggle.
