BANDAI CANDY, the Shokugan division of Japan's Bandai Co., Ltd., recently announced the latest product in its Kamen Rider Shokugan 'SO-DO CHRONICLE' series: the 'Kamen Rider FOURZE Elek States & Fire States & No.5~No.20 Module Set,' scheduled for release in September 2023.
Kamen Rider Fourze, who appeared in the 2011 tokusatsu series 'Kamen Rider Fourze,' is a Rider transformed by the protagonist Gentaro Kisaragi using the Fourze Driver belt. By swapping out the 'Astro Switches' on the belt, he can change into different forms or armaments, combining dozens of different special moves to defeat monsters. Not only is his unique rocket-head design memorable, but Gentaro's famous catchphrase, 'It's Space Time!' (宇宙キター！), shouted after transforming, also became widely popular during its broadcast.
This product includes two of Fourze's enhanced forms that appeared in the middle of the series: 'Elek States,' which can use powerful electricity as a weapon, and 'Fire States,' which can absorb heat and unleash powerful flames. Both feature intricate sculpting, flexible articulation, and rich coloring, allowing fans to recreate their signature special move poses from the show.
Furthermore, the set includes 14 types of equipment (including dedicated armaments for Elek States and Fire States) that expand Fourze's limbs using Astro Switches No. 21 to No. 39. These can be equipped on the limbs of both Elek States and Fire States, and can also be combined with the separately sold 'SO-DO CHRONICLE Kamen Rider FOURZE' base form body to create a wide variety of armament combinations.
