BANDAI SPIRITS' prize figure brand BANPRESTO, under its "VIBRATION STARS" series which recreates characters in dynamic poses mid-attack, is set to release its latest product, "Kurapika," following the successful launches of "Gon" and "Killua" from the "Hunter x Hunter" series! It is scheduled for release in September 2023.
Kurapika, a candidate in the 287th Hunter Exam, acted alongside Gon and Leorio during the exam, later forming a quartet with Killua Zoldyck. He is the sole survivor of the Kurta Clan, which was massacred by the Phantom Troupe, and has embarked on a path of revenge to avenge his clan. Originally intelligent, calm, and rational, he becomes neurotic and loses judgment when matters involving the Troupe or his clan arise. In moments of intense emotion, his eyes turn scarlet, becoming the "Scarlet Eyes."
The "VIBRATION STARS -Kurapika-" prize figure stands approximately 15 cm tall. It features him in his white and green training attire, with his materialized chains faithfully recreated! The overall dynamic pose, leaping into action, evokes the classic battle scene against Uvogin, his clan's sworn enemy!
