Previously rumored online, LEGO Group's new addition to the NINJAGO® series has finally been officially unveiled. The largest set in the series, numbered 71799, with a piece count exceeding six thousand, "NINJAGO® City Markets" is set to release on June 4, 2023.
Following "70620 NINJAGO® City" and "71741 NINJAGO® City Gardens", your home NINJAGO® City can be expanded once again! This time, the "NINJAGO® City Markets," touted as the largest set in the NINJAGO® series, comprises 6163 pieces. Once assembled, it stands approximately 46 cm tall and stretches 51 cm long – yes, another space-hogger! The entire structure is a magnificent four-story building. In addition to maintaining the NINJAGO® series' signature vibrant color scheme and the flowing stream at its base, this set also features a super cool yellow cable car.
▼ Check out the size once completed! There's truly no space left for it (laughs).
The four-story structure includes a wealth of locations such as shops, restaurants, offices, apartments, a bakery, a blacksmith's forge, a grocery store, a karaoke bar, and a rooftop food court. Excellent design ingenuity has also been incorporated into areas like the train station and stone bridge. While achieving a dazzling visual effect, it consistently showcases the distinctive NINJAGO® theme. The official website even specifically mentions that this set includes a toilet that actually flushes! We're incredibly excited.
▼ The structure, built with two shades of green and adorned with arched elements, is quite beautiful.
▼ The highly anticipated cable car cabin.
▼ The lineup of 21 minifigures is also incredibly luxurious.
▼ How it looks when combined with "71741 NINJAGO® City Gardens"!
