Youtooz, the toy company adept at bringing popular internet memes and viral images to life, has announced a new meme-inspired creation from "SpongeBob SquarePants": the "SpongeBob SquarePants Cockroach" vinyl toy. It has a suggested retail price of $29.99 USD and is expected to be released in September 2023!
Appearing in the "Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy V" episode, the (sea) cockroach is a tiny patron who, after SpongeBob obtains Mermaid Man's belt and shrinks a Krabby Patty, can finally enjoy a proper meal inside the Krusty Krab~ Its nonchalant and amusing dining posture made it a beloved and humorous sight, leading to its use as the "cockroach eating" meme. The "SpongeBob SquarePants Cockroach" vinyl toy depicts him lounging on a 4.8-inch tall brown barrel, holding a Krabby Patty~ You can tell how delicious it is from his stuffed and bulging cheeks! The matte finish makes the cockroach feel less intense~
