From China's high-quality collectible toy brand HIYA TOYS, their EXQUISITE BASIC series, known for its exceptional value, will launch its latest product, the "Skullcrawler" non-scale action figure, based on Legendary Pictures' "Kong: Skull Island"! The suggested retail price is US$49.99, with an estimated release in Q4 2023.
Known as the "Skull Devil," the "Skullcrawler" is a gigantic amphibious reptile inhabiting the underground of Skull Island, serving as one of the island's apex predators. It possesses extremely powerful biting force and agility, and its formidable reproductive capacity is also a significant problem. Even more terrifying is its "hyperphagic" trait, which keeps it in a constant state of hunger, causing it to devour anything it sees. They are in an antagonistic relationship with the Kong species, and a great war between the two factions occurred in the past.
The "EXQUISITE BASIC Skullcrawler" non-scale action figure stands approximately 15 cm tall, with a length reaching nearly 45 cm! Produced referencing the original CG data from the movie, it faithfully recreates its slender physique, intricate body patterns, and bone-encased head appearance. While meticulously restoring its armor-like skin, it is endowed with multiple articulation points throughout its body. Thanks to a unique design, its upper and lower jaws can open widely, revealing terrifying fangs and a tongue made of soft rubber material for added realism. The PVC tail features an embedded metal wire, allowing for natural and dynamic posing!
