BANDAI CANDY, the confectionery toy division of Japan's Bandai Co., Ltd., today announced the latest product in its popular confectionery toy series, 'Mobile Suit Gundam G-FRAME FA,' the PREMIUM BANDAI exclusive 'Nightmare of Solomon Set,' scheduled for release in September 2023.
In 'Mobile Suit Gundam 0083: Stardust Memory,' ace pilot Anavel Gato, who stole the Gundam GP02A, is a loyal Zeon soldier. During the One Year War, Gato, serving as squadron leader of the 302nd Patrol under Dozle Zabi's Space Attack Force, achieved countless military successes. He defended the Solomon fortress perimeter, shooting down hundreds of Federation enemy mobile suits, earning him the moniker 'Nightmare of Solomon.'
The newly released 'G-FRAME FA Nightmare of Solomon Set' includes three custom mobile suits piloted by Anavel Gato: the 'Gelgoog,' 'High Mobility Zaku II,' and 'Rick Dom.' Not only are the mobile suits molded in Gato's personal deep blue and deep green color scheme, but the fuselage markings used by the 302nd Patrol Squadron at the time are also faithfully reproduced.
Each mobile suit comes with over four types of abundant weapon parts, including the Zaku's Heat Hawk and machine gun, the Dom's Giant Bazooka and Heat Saber, and the Gelgoog's Beam Naginata and Beam Rifle. These can be freely interchanged to create various armed poses. Coupled with the highly articulated frame's flexible joints, you can recreate the 'Nightmare of Solomon's' cool battle scenes!
