After LEGO launched the blockbuster "76252 Batcave – Shadow Box" based on Tim Burton's Batman film setting, and the "76224 Batmobile: Batman vs. The Joker Chase" revealed just a few days ago, it's now time for another classic vehicle active in the night sky! "76265 Batwing: Batman vs. The Joker" is expected to be released on August 1, 2023.
This set contains a total of 357 pieces, making it a small vehicle + minifigure set. Similar to the concurrent 76224, the overall scale is designed to match minifigure proportions. Once assembled, the Batwing measures approximately 24 cm long and 20 cm wide. Although the piece count is not high, the exterior accuracy is quite impressive. Coupled with a stud shooter, a liftable cockpit canopy, and a hidden weapon storage compartment behind the cockpit, the overall playability is enhanced. However, what the editor personally finds most exciting is that this Batwing also features a wall-mounting mechanism. If you previously didn't acquire the "76161 Batwing" due to price and space constraints, this new mini version might be an excellent alternative.
