During the design process for these professional basketball toys, it was established that they needed to differentiate and break away from traditional figure presentation methods. The design draws from the cultural background of American blister card toys, making them a stylish collectible for toy enthusiasts.
The character designs break away from the common approach of depicting specific star players. Instead, XAP (@hello.xap), a brand specializing in character design, interprets the player images. The figure sculpts and card back content incorporate the 2022-23 season's "OhMyPLG" visual design, and they are packaged in custom shoeboxes, blending the popular cultures of basketball and collectible toys. This presents the six teams from Taiwan's highest basketball league in a waving pose, saying 'Say Hi' to partners from all walks of life, extending the joy of collecting into the charm of professional sports.
