It not only recreates the castle's elegant exterior but also features a lake and rock formations at its base, all presented on a black-framed display stand, significantly enhancing the model's collectible appeal! The scale used is even more miniature than that of 71043, and a comparison between the two reveals numerous ingenious design details.
Beyond the castle's beautiful structure, there are also details like the Flying Ford Anglia and the Whomping Willow, a carriage (likely from Beauxbatons Academy of Magic, judging by its color), and the Durmstrang Ship... The included golden minifigure this time is the Architect of Hogwarts, who, alongside Rowena Ravenclaw, designed and planned the construction of Hogwarts Castle. He was also a medieval wizard. This minifigure is based on the statue found in the Hogwarts Entrance Hall, holding a model of Hogwarts Castle in one hand and blueprints in the other.
