To commemorate the upcoming official launch of its major title, FINAL FANTASY XVI, on June 22nd, Square Enix Japan recently announced that the latest lottery product, "FINAL FANTASY XVI Release Commemoration Lottery," is scheduled for release on June 30th, 2023.
FINAL FANTASY XVI is the 16th standalone installment in the FINAL FANTASY series, marking Square Enix's return after seven years. Produced by game director Naoki Yoshida, who successfully revitalized the online game FF14 to critical acclaim in recent years, and the Third Development Division, the game depicts the "Eikon War" where six major factions vie for control on the land of Valisthea, blessed by the Mothercrystals, and the revenge quest of protagonist Clive. The epic cinematic Eikon battle system has garnered significant attention.
The "FINAL FANTASY XVI Release Commemoration Lottery" will feature a wealth of prizes infused with game elements, such as cool Eikon statues, practical glass cups and cork coasters, as well as acrylic standees, illustration magnets, and illustration plastic mats that showcase the charm of the in-game characters. Among these, the grand A Prize and LAST Prize are statues of the highly popular Eikon "Shiva," standing approximately 22 cm tall. The B Prize consists of busts of 8 different Eikons from the game, featuring a metallic paint finish to convey a sense of substantial quality.
