Kotobukiya x Shunya Yamashita "THE WITCHER BISHOUJO Geralt" 1/7 Scale Figure: The Legendary Witcher Transforms into a Cool and Beautiful Woman!

Japanese toy company Kotobukiya, in collaboration with renowned illustrator Shunya Yamashita (山下しゅんや), has announced the first new release in their "BISHOUJO" figure brand, themed after the popular game "The Witcher." This is the "THE WITCHER BISHOUJO" first installment, "Geralt" 1/7 scale figure, with a suggested retail price of 22,000 JPY, scheduled for release in February 2024!

The RPG game series "The Witcher," adapted from Polish author Andrzej Sapkowski's fantasy novel "The Witcher," features protagonist "Geralt of Rivia," a professional Witcher of the School of the Wolf. He makes a living by accepting various commissions in the war-torn Northern Kingdoms. Though outwardly cold and gloomy, he is actually deeply emotional, with a passionate heart hidden beneath his stern exterior.

The "THE WITCHER BISHOUJO Geralt" 1/7 scale PVC pre-painted complete figure stands approximately 23 cm tall. Based on Shunya Yamashita's illustration, the formidable Witcher, with his pale hair and scarred face, is reinterpreted in a Bishoujo form! The figure faithfully recreates the pose of him about to draw his silver sword from his back and cast the Igni fire sign. The armor is meticulously detailed, with realistic leather surface textures and chainmail finished with a dull metallic paint, showcasing both coolness and feminine charm. Additionally, the second installment of "THE WITCHER BISHOUJO" is currently in production!
