BANDAI CANDY, the candy toy division of Japan's Bandai Co., Ltd., has announced that the latest 5th installment of their popular candy toy series, 'Mobile Suit Gundam G-FRAME FA,' is scheduled for release in November 2023.
This lineup will feature the Master Gundam, piloted by Master Asia from "Mobile Fighter G Gundam"; the Gouf, piloted by the true man "Blue Giant" Ramba Ral from the original "Mobile Suit Gundam"; the Gundam Mk-II, a cutting-edge mobile suit snatched by the AEUG from the Titans in "Mobile Suit Zeta Gundam"; and a new, yet-to-be-revealed mobile suit from "Mobile Suit Gundam: The Witch from Mercury."
Each mobile suit boasts high-density detailed sculpting and an extremely flexible frame design. By collecting both the armor set and the frame set, you can assemble a complete mobile suit. The Master Gundam, in addition to its main body, includes its stored wing shield, the close-combat beam weapon "Master Cloth," and a special "Darkness Finger" hand painted with metallic purple.
The Gouf comes with two types of "Heat Rods," a "Heat Saber" in both stored and activated states, a shield, and special hands to recreate its finger vulcan. The Gundam Mk-II is a revision of the previous non-FA Super Gundam, featuring numerous newly molded parts for its head, arms, and legs, and is equipped with a Beam Rifle, Shield, Hyper Bazooka, and Head Vulcan Pod.
Finally, from "Mobile Suit Gundam: The Witch from Mercury," the Gundam Calibarn, the final protagonist mobile suit piloted by Suletta, will be unveiled at a later date following the anime's spoiler embargo. It will feature high-density sculpting to faithfully recreate its pristine white armor and distinctive "Variable Rod Rifle." The rifle's telescopic mechanism at the muzzle and the deployment mechanism of its four thruster units will also be reproduced, allowing for dynamic shooting poses seen in the series. Furthermore, it can be expanded with a dedicated parts set planned for future release!
