Japan's BANDAI SPIRITS Company's HOBBY Division's robot model kit 'HG (High Grade)' series has officially announced its latest product from "Mashin Hero Wataru", the "HG Jakomaru", with a suggested retail price of 2,970 JPY, scheduled for release in December 2023.
From "Mashin Hero Wataru", Jakomaru is the transforming Mashin piloted by Wataru Ikusabe's original rival, "Toraoh". Its core is the tiger spirit guarding the entrance to Tenkai Mountain. It possesses the Tiger Sword and Tiger Shield, and its entire body can be used as a weapon, making it one of the top Mashin in Soukaizan. In addition to its flight capabilities, it can also transform into a four-legged "Tiger Form", boasting terrifying speed and powerful tiger claws, making its combat power evenly matched with Ryujinmaru.
The "HG Jakomaru" faithfully recreates the proportions and design from the original anime, utilizing Bandai's advanced color separation and part division technology. The entire model is composed of rich molded colors such as red, yellow, black, and gray, allowing for significant color accuracy without the need for stickers. The shoulder joint design allows for recreating the pose of drawing the Tiger Sword from the Tiger Shield! Through some interchangeable parts and built-in sliding/rotating mechanisms, you can enjoy the fun of transforming into its Tiger Form~ It comes with the Devil Tiger Missile, allowing you to enjoy fierce attack poses!
