GOOD SMILE COMPANY, a Japanese company, today announced the latest product in its Q-version articulated figure series, "Nendoroid," featuring the Japanese Virtual Liver group NIJISANJI. The new product, "Hyakumantenbara Salome," is scheduled for release in November 2023.
Virtual LIVER Hyakumantenbara Salome, who debuted just as the NIJISANJI official channel surpassed one million subscribers, is an ordinary woman who aspires to be a true Ojou-sama (lady). Her hairstyle, attire, and speaking tone are all as elegant and luxurious as a genuine Ojou-sama. Immediately after her debut, she garnered attention for her dramatic live reactions and extremely high-spirited broadcast atmosphere, among other personal charms. Her YouTube channel surpassed one million subscribers in less than a month after her debut.
The "Nendoroid Hyakumantenbara Salome" recreates Salome's glamorous appearance in a cute, low-proportioned Q-version design. The intricate sculpting captures the spiral hair ends on her hair parts, and a delicate paint application reproduces her dress adorned with scorpion motifs. Metal parts such as her hair accessories, belt, and finger covers are all finished with metallic paint.
Accessory parts include three interchangeable face plates: "Smiling Face," "Loud Laughing Face," and "Grinning Face." Also included are a "handgun" and "green herb" from her playthroughs of "Resident Evil," and a "hamburger" from her hamburger tasting project where she ate many. These can be combined with various arm and hand parts to recreate scenes such as elegant smiles, cool gun-wielding poses, and eating hamburgers. Of course, we can't forget "おハーブですわ～！".
