BANDAI SPIRITS Hobby Division in Japan has officially unveiled the full details of the latest product in their original plastic model kit series '30 MINUTES MISSIONS', which is known for its easy assembly, convenient customization, and the charm of mass-produced machines: the "1/144 EXM-H15A Acerby (TYPE-B)", scheduled for release in November 2023.
In its lore, the EXM-H15A Acerby is a new mobile suit utilized by the 'Maxion Army', a third faction intervening between the Earth Alliance and Byron Army. Its mechanical design is handled by the renowned illustrator Fumikane Shimada, who has contributed to the design of numerous mecha girl plastic models. Currently, two specifications, TYPE-A and TYPE-B, have been announced, featuring cute glowing large eyes, ponytail-style armor, and an articulated body design with distinct feminine characteristics.
Compared to the cute twin-tailed TYPE-A, the "30MM 1/144 EXM-H15A Acerby (TYPE-B)" boasts mature and elegant dark blue colored armor, a large ponytail hairstyle, and larger chest armor. Its slender body features a flexible range of articulation. By swapping parts, the head visor can cover the eyes, and the machine gun can be combined with the beam dagger. In addition to several standard 3mm expansion ports on the main body, accessories also include armor with numerous expansion ports that can be attached to the shoulders or waist. The chest part can also be replaced to connect to Spinatia's chest armor.
Furthermore, although not yet officially announced, both the circular spacer design on the limbs and the central head part connecting to the face share the same specifications as the sister mecha girl series '30 MINUTES SISTERS', also designed by Fumikane Shimada. It is highly likely that parts will be interchangeable, greatly expanding playability.
