BANDAI SPIRITS HOBBY Division, Japan, has officially announced the latest product in their original plastic model kit series '30 MINUTES MISSIONS', which features easy assembly, convenient customization, and fully showcases the charm of mass-produced machines. The new product, "1/144 Exa Vehicle (Multi-leg Mech Ver.)", is scheduled for release in November 2023.
The '30MM Exa Vehicle' series is an expansion parts set themed around vehicle mechs. Based on the 30MM worldview, it designs various armed vehicles such as fighter jets, submarines, tanks, small mechs, and more. In addition to being playable independently, the main unit can be freely assembled and customized with other kits from the same series, thanks to the powerful expandability of the 30MM series.
The multi-leg mech released this time is a multi-legged walking machine with a spider-like appearance. All parts are molded in a dark gray color. Its basic form consists of a four-segment body, four legs with three points of articulation, and a pair of movable pincer-like claws. Two movable cannons are connected via standard 3mm expansion ports, allowing them to be mounted on the back or any part with an expansion port. Furthermore, by using multiple kits, the body can be infinitely extended, creating a unique centipede-like form.
